Looks like ol’ Charles Barkley was able to come off mostly unscathed in the DUI case against him in AZ–he’ll do between 10 days in the slammer, and a mere 5 if he completes an alcohol education program.
Barkley just pleaded guilty to 2 counts of driving under the influence and pleaded “responsible” to running a stop sign for the December 31st incident in Scottsdale. Barkley was sentenced to 10 days in jail — but will only do five if he completes an alcohol education program. Barkley was also fined $2,000.
Barkley will begin his sentence on March 21 — but it’s unclear if he will serve time in Arizona’s famed Tent City Jail, where they make the inmates wear pink.

Below is a video of WWE wrestler Chris Jericho going apeshit on fans outside a Victoria, B.C. Canada venue following taping of an event. As a group of crazy fans approach Jericho in the parking lot, he had no choice but to strike the first person who took a shot, which happened to be some dumbass female fan who received a wicked right-hook to the jaw! (Watch for that around the 0:34s mark).
A melee ensues following the first knockout, with security even taking a beating from the (most likely) roid-ragin’ Jericho!

Chris Brown turned himself into the LAPD this evening after he attacked an “mystery” woman (name withheld) near Hancock Park in L.A.–More from People and TMZ below!
TMZ says Chris turned himself in around 6:49 P.M. PST after walking into a local LAPD station. His bail was set at $50K which no doubt he’ll product quickly to skirt away from that cell.
If in fact, it actually was Rihanna who got the shit beat from her ass, you can probably guess she’ll drop any charges.
People’s classification of his crime as domestic violence, felonius battery in nature, suggests that his victim has a confidentiality right under the law. Since they emphasized this point so greatly, we must assume it was none other than Rihanna!
I wonder what are they’re scared of? Editorial corrections don’t hurt.

The actor turned wannabe rapper Joaquin Phoenix continues denying his attempts at grabbing rap game fame are all one big joke. Since last week’s reports surfaced, sparked by a very publicly humiliating performance inside Vegas’ club Tavo, nothing indicated this was anything but elaborate trickery for some laughs–however, Joaquin stands by his word that it’s 100% serious, and rap dynasty is in his sight. WTF?!
“There’s not a hoax,” Phoenix tells the Associated Press of doubts about his sudden conversion from movie star to hip-hop artist. “Might I be ridiculous? Might my career in music be laughable? Yeah, that’s possible, but that’s certainly not my intention.”
“I had a lot of dudes come up and say, `We really respect you for doing it, putting yourself out there, and going with it,’” he tells AP. “Because I think true hip-hop heads know that it’s hard, it’s going to be a hard transition, and people are going to be lining up just to make fun of me.”
For real though…now, everyone can prolly’ just hold tight for that retarded Ashton Kutcher show to air this now sorry display (if he’s serious.)
Either way, I’m still callin’ bullshit on this one! Maybe part of a viral ad plot to sell you some new energy drink…not too ridiculous sounding! Also since this news is late to the party here on TricesWorld.com, we felt the need to include that video of Joaquin’s first live show, complete with the drunken biff from the stage at rap! Just in case you missed it or need a good fuckin’ laugh, push play above!

Kwame Kilpatrick was released from his isolated cell in the Wayne County Jail Clinton Street building early Tuesday morning after serving 90 days for being a dumb ass fucked up Detroit Mayor! Watch the video of Kwame’s exit below.
Flanked by bodyguards, the bushy-bearded former mayor strolled out of Wayne County Jail at 12:35 a.m. As the well-dressed guards pushed reporters, Kilpatrick paused, smiled and appeared to breathe in the morning air. He said nothing as he was whisked into a Chevy Suburban.
The 38-year-old former mayor was accompanied by both Gary and his local criminal attorney, James C. Thomas — but not his family — as he left the Clinton Street jail facility. Kilpatrick, who was always a dapper dresser as mayor, had shaggy hair, appeared to have lost a lot of weight and was wearing a suit and tie. The former mayor, who spent 99 days in an isolated cell, is set to hop on a plane Wednesday for a job interview in Texas and — some hope — close one of the most divisive chapters in Detroit history.
Job interview in Texas? WTF…for this crooked son of a bitch? I wonder who those poor folks forced into giving him a job are.

Jay-Z - Jockin’ Jay-Z ( Dope Boy Fresh )( *Produced By:Kanye West )
Jay-Z’s first record from The Blueprint 3, ” Jockin’ Jay-Z (Dope Boy Fresh), ” has hit the airwaves and the Internet. Hov’ debuted part of the record onstage at Madison Square Garden in New York last week while making a guest appearance at ” Kanye West’s - Glow In The Dark Tour ” stop. It’s now clear he was rapping the second verse. The first verse starts with Jigga giving a tip of his blue New York Yankees cap to Run-DMC. ” I rock with Obama but I ain’t no politician, ” Hov’ raps, ” And I chill with the thugs and the gangsters too/ I ain’t a Blood but I’m warring with the boys in blue/ Crooked officer, crooked officer/ Why you wanna see me in a coffin, sir? “ The hook uses Run from Run-DMC’s voice and takes us back to the late ’80s when the Kings from Queens dropped ” Dumb Girl. ” Run rapped, ” Seen you jockin’ J.C./ ‘Cause he got a Mercedes/ And you know about his ladies. “ ” Jockin’ Jay-Z ” ends with Hov’ overtly sending a shout-out to Pimp C — and championing his wife’s physique, among other sharp lines. Kanye West’s production on the track is not so soulful, in the original Blueprint mode, but is more of a throwback to hard-hitting drums and gold-chain swagger.A couple days ago on Shade 45 satellite radio, Hov’ said that he wasn’t sure if Blueprint 3 would be coming out this year, but he does have some records done already.

Taco Bell is being sued by 50 Cent after they stole his identity for use in a lowbrow ad campaign, suggesting 50 change his moniker to 79, 89, or 99 Cent instead. Here’s more from TMZ:
Fitty claims in a Federal lawsuit that the burrito slingers stole his identity by encouraging him to change his name to 79 Cent, 89 Cent, or 99 Cent as part of a less-than-a-dollar-menu promo. While he doesn’t address the total idiocy of the campaign in the suit, Mr. Cent does claim he wasn’t told about the ad until he heard about it in the news — whereupon he totally disavowed it.
